The food is okay, but more often than not the experience is just frustrating. I called in to ask if they accepted cards over the phone, I was assured they do, and once I called in to place the order the girl informed me they couldn't accept the card (the same one who assured me they accepted cards, after placing the full order). They don't have an option to order online. When I called to see if there was anything we could do, I got a sarcastic reply, which I didn't understand since I was nice, but whatever. I've also had an awful experience with their manager Dennis, who managed to belittle and infuriate me by insulting me the moment he saw me. He rejected my alumni card, which guarantees free chips and dip, and even went as far as pulling out his phone, taking a picture of my card, and plainly saying how he didn't believe me the entire time. I couldn't believe how nasty he was being, I was just shocked he was allowed to work with people. So while the food is pretty good, the infuriating service is a turn off.

I'm not a big fan of Chili's. It's always way too crowded and noisy. I like a quite dinner. The food isn't that great, and I am never impressed with the service. I will admit that their ribs are pretty good though. It's not terrible, but its overrated.

Love to go there; been going for many years! I always get their Chicken Crispers! They are to die for!

They had me at, "Would you like more Chips & Salsa"? Chips: Thin, Crisp & Salty; Salsa: just the right amount of cilantro - a side of Ranch Dressing doesn't hurt - Yummaaay! Add their wonderful Chili con queso and you may end up taking most of your entree' home in a doggy-bag! My favorites? Southwestern Eggrolls, Buffalo Wings, Chicken Crispers (the most tender I've ever had!), Philly Cheese Steak w/their fabulous French Fries, any of the Fajitas, Big Burger w/Blue Cheese, Steak (med. rare) w/sauted Mushrooms, Onions & Peppers & REAL whipped Potatoes w/homestyle Gravy, Mmmmm... The Black Beans, steamed Broccoli or Corn on the Cob make great sides as well. And for dessert - nothing tops their Molten Lava Cake! OHMYGOSH!! Even if you have to take your entree' home DON'T MISS this decadent chocolate masterpiece! I could go on & on but I think you get the idea. The servers "squat" down at your table eye level to take your order. They're fun and attentive as well as being helpful with special orders. They bring drinks (keeping them full throughout your meal) and appetizers promptly while you're making your final desision. I've been to several Chili's and I've found the service and food to be pretty much the same. It's great to know that wherever you go you can trust Chili's great food and service!
