Do not waste your time. It took them 3 weeks after the initial consultation to call to schedule a short notice installation appointment. At 6:30pm on Thursday, they called to tell me that they would be at my house at 9:00am on Friday for about an hour to install the glass block in a small basement window. Luckily I had the day off and was ready for them to arrive. When they finally came at 11:30am, I was a little upset. At 12:30 (the 1 hour mark), they were assuring me that they were almost done (still just a hole in the wall) - and then they took a cigarette break. By 1:00pm they were finished, and the window looks great, but I would never hire such a crew again. And, if that weren't enough, I am now stuck mopping up after the workers who left tracks of muddy footprints from my back door to the finished basement. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any type of installation crew, and I am an interior designer who is used to such appointments. Again, do not waste your time or money on Toledo Glass Block. They are NOT the only company in town who will provide this service!!
