I've been to many sushi restaurants in this area and other areas in Ohio and I have never tasted such great fish. I will always recommend this restaurant over others. People are always telling me how much they love Sakura’s sushi. The quality and presentation at Hikari is so much better than Sakura. You can also see the difference in price. Large rolls are about 2 dollars more than at other places. The staff (all two of them), are very friendly and they always can guess what my friends and I will order. I believe that Yo came from Kotobuki which would explain why the sushi is made so well. Anna always keeps up on your drinks and makes sure you're comfotable. He buys his fish every Wednesday and Saturday, so on those days or the next I would be the best times to buy. I recommend the Mega Power Roll, you can only find this roll here and it is by far my favorite. Always try his special rolls, most may not sound good at first but once you sink your teeth into them you will for sure come back again.
