Thank you for using Superior Radiator for over 23 years. Ew take great pride in our work and have always looked out for the customers best interest. We had a car brought to us for some repairs and a week later the customer called and stated things were missing from her car. I had her call the police and insurance company, the police report totaly cleared our name and also shows that the customers story does not go with the one she told me and wrote in this review. We cant understand why someone would out right lie to get things that may have been stolen in front of her house would have a shop that has never had a report of stolen items slandered over a un proven and unmatched police report say such things. I took my vehicle in to have the AC fixed and got ripped off. They fixed my AC but someone in the shop stole my GPS, bluetooth and cd's from my car. When I called about the theft the owner said he couldn't help me and they weren't responsible for it. The items taken were things that took time to remove. My car stays in our garage at home and is never left outside so it couldn't have happened there. We filed a police report but that is all we can do. If you take a car there make sure to remove ALL of your valuable before you leave it.
