I asked Paul, the appraiser, what his turn-around time was and he told me 3-4 days. His website even claimed he has a quick turn-around time, but in fact, he took about almost 3 weeks to complete a report. He does not return calls or emails it is not only frustrating, but embarrassing. This industry is very time sensitive and it's a shame that this appraiser does not care about his clients. I think it is fraud for an appraiser to accept an upfront appraisal fee of $400 and then not fullfill his promise. It's not that I would not recommend this appraiser, I would NEVER recommend this appraiser.

appraiser took 3 weeks to complete, when finally recieved mortgagee clause was wrong, value was not met, and took another week for mortgagee to be changed. takes at least 3 days to call you back. the most unprofessional appraiser i have worked with.
