Mr. Cooper took our deposit in September of 2011 and never did the job. He would give us a date, never show up and never call us until we called him to find out when he was going to show up. He ignored letters from the BBB, we reported him, so now we have written to the PA Attorney General and have called the police to report him. He doesn't deserve any stars but you have to give one.
