Unlike the other review posted by a Pilot gas station manager, I am a regular resident of Oreana, IL. I often go to this business and while they might not be the cream of the crop, they certainly aren't rude or anything. They are usually more than helpfull and always are polite.

The owners of this gas station are by far the most rude people I've ever met. You ask them a question and they either stare at you or are on the phone and ignore you. I find this very bad for business and am very dissatisfied with the way they handle their business. They just don't know customer service. I don't know how they could make any money and stay in business with as unhelpful and rude as they are.
