Fast and professional sink drain was clogged

Sewer probable noticed at noon, called roto-rooter they were here at 1pm problem was addressed and taken care of before we new it. Service is outstanding. Are serviceman made suggestions so problem does not happen again. We are very happy with the service and work from roto-rotter and will suggest our friends call them.

After a rain storm, discovered that the sump pump was overflowing outside and the drain to the street was clogged. Roto-Rooter snaked the drain and was able to clear the line. So far, so good! The technician was fast and professional. Thanks Roto-Rooter.

Being a single Mom and watching 3 inches of sewer water fill my basement, Scott P put my mind at ease and told me exactly what he was doing to repair my problem.

He even gave me tips for an easy clean-up! Hopefully, I will never need him again for a sewer issue, but I did tell him I will call for my leaky shower head. Thanks!

Calling to schedule an appointment was quick and easy, and we were able to get the service time that suited our busy schedules. The technician was prompt. We received a phone call about a half hour prior to his arrival. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable and solved our problem. We would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter and call them again if we ever need them.

after trying unsuccessfully with the giant bottle of Drano...and numerous plunges...it was inevitable it was time to call in Roto-Rooter...they came in very quick after the call and with their power snake...we were back clog free in no time...after years in the kitchen, it's inevitable you need to call the pros!

5/6/10 = JOHN ARRIVED ABOUT 30 MIN. AFTER OUR PHONE CALL TO ROTO-ROOTER ABOUT OUR MAIN SEWER LINE THAT BACKED UP INTO OUR BASEMENT. HE INFORMED US OF THE PROCEDURE HE WOULD USE AND THE COST OF IT, BEFORE HE STARTED. = HE CLEARED THE MAIN DRAIN OUTSIDE, IN THE DARK. OPENED INSIDE DRAIN TO CHECK FOR DAMAGE TO PIPING. HE ALSO TOLD US THAT A SEWER SYSTEM PLACED ASIDE OF 100 YEAR OLD TREES USUALLY HAS ROOT PROBLEMS IN THE SEWER LINE AND EXPLAINED THE USE OF PREVENTIVE CARE. WE APPRECIATE HIS PROFESSIONALISM AND WOULD RECOMMEND JOHN PERSONALLY AS AN EFFICIENT ROTO-ROOTER PLUMBER. THANK YOU, JAMES AND DIANE PHILLIPS

I have been having sewer problems for a long time. The previous plumber always gave me the run around. I called Roto Rooter today and John Dunn came out and was great. I will recommend Roto Rooter to all of my friends and family. They are honest and stand by what they say.

Our hot water heater broke down and we didn't know who to call. My brother suggested roto-rooter. I thought you were just for clogged drains, sewers etc. I sure was wrong. A plumber was at my house within an hour of my call. What a nice guy. He had my old heater removed and the new one in place within a matter of a few hours. No mess. No pressure. Just a courteous guy at a fair price.
