He charged too much because it took him 3 days to repair leak because he worked so slowly. He also botched the cement repair. After he was done, I had to replace the entire 20 foot walkway leading up to my home at great additional expense. This was after already paying hundreds of extra dollars to having a saw cutter remove a small piece of the walkway so the leak could be reached and fixed. That's what the plumber suggested I do. If I'd known what a terrible job he would do on patching the walkway cement, I would have just jackhammered it at far less expense instead of using a concrete saw. (The concrete cutter charged hundreds of dollars for a five minute job.) The cement color the plumber used for filling in the walkway wasn't even close to the surrounding cement even though he told me he could "closely match" it. It looked horrible and ruined the outside appearance of my home. It was a very costly mistake using this plumber.

Jurgen did some plumbing work for me a few months back. I saved his card for future reference because he did an excellent job for me. I would be happy to recommend his work.
