Troy and his staff are the Best, when it comes to customer and computer savvy. I have been there several times with my Apple and Dell computers and the service, on all, have always been more and sooner than expected. Prices are always reasonable, and did I mention THEY MAKE HOUSE CALLS ?

We have been using Computer FX for nearly seven years, both for repair and purchased a new PC from them in 2013. Troy Vo and his associate have always treated us with the up-most respect and professionalism. Our recent visit was to clean, speed up and update the programs on our PC. Troy took all the time needed to to patiently explain to both my wife and I the changes and updates they performed. He also added anti virus software at no additional charge. I happened to mention that for some reason I had noticed that my phone was not receiving email. Even though he had never done it before he took the phone, spent about 15 minutes of his time, searching for a solution, found it, and restored mail to the phone...and at no additional charge to me.. There are several other shops close to where we live but I'll go the "extra mile" when my Lenovo needs a "FX". Highly recommended.

Real good guys and they saved me over $700 on buying a new laptop when they told me another computer shop had lied and it would be an easy fix. I will definitely go back there and have told many of my church members about them too.
