Provided by YPmobile6 cut since June 15th, 5 weeks ago I dropped off my glasses for my dining room table to have them copied another piece so that I would have two pieces for my table. Between not answering my phone calls and promising to have my glasS, I have not heard from them in 2 weeks. I have called repeatedly and spoken to the wife, let's promise to return my phone calls and has not. Have they broken my glasses and dont wanna tell me. I like to support small businesses, but the small business has lost my business. Very disappointed in the lack of customer support and a lack of respect for a customer. Karen
