Backyard Creations added a roof to our screen room which gives us an opportunity to use the room all year around in addition to installing a new carport.

Jeff and his team were both professional and courteous. They went out of their way to ensure both projects were completed on time and met our expectations.

Peggy and I wanted to write and let you know how we feel about our experience with
Backyard Creations. It started with three trees from our neighbors yard crashing Iinto our pool enclosure and patio. Bill Powers came out and gave us an estimate for replacement. We fely very comfortable with the professionalism Bill displayed, and felt he was honest in what it would take to restore the enclosure and patio roof. Bill and your creware a very ptofessional team and worked very hard to deliver a suberb product. Your company has exceeded every expectation we had. Backyard Creations converted our screened lanai to a glass room in 2010. It leaked from the beginning, and we notified them within the warranty period and even sent a certified letter. They have never fixed it and it has continued to leak for 6 years. There has never been a time when it did not leak. I'm tired of them rarely responding to phone calls, saying they will show up to fix it and then not ever calling or showing up, and most of all I'm tired of it leaking whenever it rains. We paid them $11,677.00 to do this and we are extremely disappointed.

We had Backyard Creations rescreen our pool enclosure. Mark gave us the quote and the crew took it from there. They were on time, finished ahead of schedule and cleaned up before leaving. We couldn't have asked for more. Thanks!
