I went to Prompt Care in April 2013. The lady at the front desk told me I would have to pay $25 for my visit. I again asked if she was sure it was only $25 and she assured me it was. I never even saw the physician, only a medical student who I told what was wrong. The I received a bill 3 weeks later for another $80. I called 3 days in a row trying to speak with someone in billing. When I finally spoke with the gentleman in billing he stated "It does not matter what she said. I am responsible for knowing what my insurance covers." He did not care about anything I said. They lie just to get you in the door. I would have paid less with only a copay at the Emergency Room or my Physician office. Will never go there again or ever recommend!!!!
