Dr. Burns was born in New York, New York and moved to the Central Florida area in 1993. Her training was at The School of Medicine at Stoneybrook, which is part of the State University of New York. Her pediatric training was in Long Island, New York at Nassau County Medical Center. Once she moved to the Central Florida area she worked at the Volusia County Health Department. She then decided to leave the Health Department to open her own practice. The vision of the practice is based on a Micro-practice model, which allows her to specialize in one on one care with her patients and their families. Her special interests are ADHD (ADD) and weight management.

Found the most professional and personal Dr. around!

When entering Dr. Burn's office I felt as if it was going to be a good experience, not only for me but my children. Upon entering I was greeted by the receptionist and waited for a short time. Dr. Burns gave professional care with a genuine bed side manner. I believe Dr. Burns will be my childrens primary pediatrician from now on.

Very impressed and very pleased.

I visited the office and I found everything very clean and decorative. The doctor was well experienced and knowledgeable of her field. Not only did she display knowledge of her field but also a genuine care for her patients and they're well being. I highly recommend this medical office and well be visiting again!

Horrible

I have never been to a more disorganized dr office. We went in there the receptionist is the DR's son and he has no clue what to do and they have dogs walking around the office. It looks like they live because they have clothes and shoes laying around. They are a mess !!!!!!! And RUDE
