Came in for a loan. Seemed like it was going great. They told me I was approved and then, suddenly I was not approved. I had to come back two other times. Had to get my $5 back. All for one transaction that didn’t even happen. They didn’t help me to understand what I could have done to be approved other than make more money. I felt so ashamed and poor and worthless. The people looked down on me. I could feel it. Wasn’t a good feeling. I won’t be back and I won’t be speaking kindly of them if anyone asks me. But why would they ask me, I’m just a dumb broke college kid who can’t afford $100 a month for a loan.

I found the phone number through a link from white & yellow pages.com. It connected me with Scitchboard which gave me the phone number I was looking for. It popped right up which was great. Next time I will go directly to Switchboard and cut out the "middle man". This was a great help.
