Great place to buy a car, awesome sales staff, the finance guy was extremely helpful and the managers will work with you to get you the deal that you want, I highly recommend this company, the SUV's and the cars that they sell. Their service staff are very courteous, understanding and mindful of your time, the waiting area is comfy but don't get to comfortable as you wont be there very long.

I don't normally do reviews, but this car shopping experience was so best so far! Our salesman "Woody" (Lynwood) was so understanding and patient with us. It is so hard to find the perfect used car, never mind that it's a used car for our 17yr old daughter, who is a Senior in High School. Woody was the first salesperson and car dealer we checked out. We test drove 3 different makes & model cars and we really had no clue as to what my daughter would want & feel comfortable in. We spent a few hours with Woody the first day car looking, and my daughter got a feel for what is out there and for how much $.



We didn't buy that first day and over the few weeks ahead, we visited 3 more car dealers. We test drove at 2 of the 3 dealers & didn't buy, because we just weren't in love with what was out there. The other dealers were willing to sell anything just for the sale. My daughter had a better idea a week or two later of what she would like and we spoke to Woody on the phone.



The difference between Woody and other salespersons is Woody cares about you and really wants to find the perfect car for you. He also has access to all the Coggin dealerships. After Woody called and told us there were some cars on the lot like we were looking for and we should come look at them, so we did. When we saw one of the cars, all 3 of us thought that's it, the perfect car for my daughter. We took it for a test drive and put money down.

It went in the Honda shop for the inspections and received a new battery and front brakes.

He also went above and beyond for us when we noticed an oil leak and he got that repaired for us as well.



We weren't the easiest people to deal with, especially my husband, who will tell you exactly what he thinks (no filter). Woody put up with us exceptionally well. He really cares about the people he deals with. He is down to earth, understanding and wants you to be happy with your purchase. This is a rare quality in the car sales business. Whether your in the market for a used car or new car, go and check out "Woody" at Coggin Honda. Ask for him by name and when you work with him, you will be amazed at how friendly, personable, caring and helpful he is. I hope Coggin appreciates and realizes what a jewel of a person Woody is for their team. Woody you are the best!

It was the weekend so the wait was a little longer than I was expecting for an oil change however the staff is great and the service is great. The waiting area is even top of the line which makes waiting more enjoyable.

I am always pleased with this service I receive at Coggain DeLand Honda. Lee Chrestman is an excellent service advisor. He is competent, personable, efficient and always willing to go the extra for customer satisfaction. Thank you!
