I've been here four or five times and have always been extremely pleased with the service. I've never made an appointment and am willing to wait when necessary because they take the time to do things right. Prices are good. It was disturbing the last time I went (02/17/13) when a customer came without an appointment, was told she had to wait and then complained when they couldn't work on her. Guess she wanted them to toss out the customers who had made an appointment or were willing to wait. Let her go elsewhere and suffer. These guys do good work! Period.
