She has always been kind, helpful and goes out of her way to assist her clients. I would recommend her to anyone.

Provided by YP.comThe paralegal there is difficult and talks down at the client. She makes rude and personal accusations about her clients. There is a great need for honesty with the client, she lacks. The prices are very high for the work received. I do not recommend Ms.Hernandez. It would improve with friendly, honest personal treatment.
Typically when people are going through difficult situations they are very emotional. I will assume that the individual's circumstance was difficult for them to go though. We do our best to ensure that our client's needs are met. I do not know who the person writing the complaint is but I apologize if I have ever said anything to offend you.
