Awful first impression. Amber, the receptionist, was the most rude, unfriendly, and unwilling to help individual I have ever met. After waiting two months for an appointment, leaving other obligations early, and driving thirty minutes out of my way, I arrive there twenty five minutes early with all the paperwork filled out and the appropriate documentation. Except it wasn't good enough. After discussing a solution with this rude lady for twenty five minutes only to come to the solution I had offered at the beginning of the discussion, I was told I could not be seen because it was exactly my appointment time and I was considered late now so I would have to be rescheduled in another month. It was the most ridiculous experience I have ever had with a "professional" health clinic.
