This company is discriminating...

This company is discriminating towards it's employees, the manager Stephanie Moran is trying to fire a very good employee of 12 years. She is making her go on FMLA leave without proper documentation, she went to the doctor and got a clean bill of health to go back with no restrictions. Then the manager posted her job on line not informing her of this matter and i think this is very pore management. Her perception of people needs to be reevaluated. and the company needs to address this situation before thinking that she is uneducated and wont know how to handle this situation.
