I was in here for the first time today. Never again will I step foot in this business. I dont appreciate being spoken to rudely or condescendingly. The lady at the counter needs a serious realization that she's not doing the customers some big favor by being there. See, the funny thing about a business is you need customers to actually run. I had a few bags and accidentally bumped the glass bag upon entering. Well I got a nasty speech about the one bottle breaking and since I put it in black bags she coulda really hurt herself and she doesn't have to accept anything because of the broken glass. The only words I said to this lady were hello when I first walked in. I was scolded for placing the bags on the counter. I'm just blown away by the rudeness.
