About the worst customer service ever. 100% of the time they don't answer the phone. The message service mail box is always full. When you email them you get No response. What is going on with this company?

They've earned a customer "for Life" in me.

I have a cracked frame for one of their guns. I need help to get it repaired. the hours are so limited and when I do get through I get a message - "we are busy - please be patient and call back another time." How about getting an answering machine for those of us who have real jobs and can not try and call repeatedly over the limited hours of operation on the limited number of days that you do take calls.

I was trying to email a message to Phoenix Arms.

The "send mail" tab was not working.
