HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE FOR YOUR EVENT!! Customer service is the worse I have ever experienced! The owner and her husband are so rude and have no proper business etiquette! I have to be honest, and have used them many times, and one of the times they FORGOT to bring my jumper for my party and when being called, they gave me the tun around and ended up bringing my jumper right when my event was about to start! But, after that I gave them another chance. When used again, EVERYTHING WAS A MESS! They are so unprofessional and unreliable. They were told to deliver my items at a specific time, but ended up showing up an hour early which messed with the timeline of our day, and did not bring all that was ordered!!

My event was at a park with no bathrooms so I ordered a portable toilet from them, and the portable toilet was delivered 2 hours late! My event was only 4 hours! AND my order was incomplete. A washing station was promised and that was not delivered at all. They were also supposed to pick up everything at a certain time and they were 1 hour late for pick up! So rude and inconsiderate of their customers time. They are also really rude with the way they talk to their customers! Don't hire them, and find some other place if you don't want a head ace the day of your party! They have an excuse for everything they do wrong and they never apologize!

This store sucks! I went in everything seemed real nice I left an order on a jumper tables and chairs. The last minute they cancelled on me they couldn't make it to my party left me with no jumper no chairs or tables,and to top it off they didn't return the money I left for ca lateral, I don't recommend this store to anybody!! Don't trust them!
