This is the first time I've wanted to give more than 5 stars to any business. The staff here is wonderful. They are very attentive, informative & just plain helpful. I can't lie that the vending machine on the first floor boosted the score too. It sells ice cream AND microwaveable cheeseburgers. There was hot pockets too, but I wasnt as interested in those. The room is very clean and spacious. We stayed on the top floor and I always worry about water pressure the higher up my room is. It was no problem, though. In fact, the toilet had so much flushing power, I was convinced I was going to get pulled in if I didn't put the cover down to flush. I didn't get to use the shower during my stay.

I was able to use the pool! Well, the hot tub. It wasn't that hot, because a couple ladies were complaining as they were leaving. I felt it fine and since I really wanted to go to the pool but there was a handful of guys in there, I opted for the "hot" tub. Pool area stays open til 10pm here. I would have stayed the whole time, but we had a movie to catch at the nearby Edwards theaters.

This hotel is clean. It is also pet friendly. They are strict about their rules, though, which I appreciate. When I was in the lobby, I heard the front desk calling a guest about making sure their dog was on a leash. Apparently their dog went to chase another guest in the courtyard and someone from staff caught that. From what it sounded like, the chased guest didn't report anything, but the staff was so on top of it that they made sure EACH guest was safe from others' pets. They have a business center, so if you forget to print any boarding passes or important paperwork, they do have a station to do so.

This hotel is really close to Ontario Mills, which makes a whole bunch of things accessible. We found this gem on our handy dandy Hotel Tonight App. Once again, a great find. It has never recommended a bad hotel. I believe each hotel I've booked through them has gotten 4 or 5 stars from me. I think I trust this app more than Expedia or Orbitz or Travelocity. The savings are awesome and the hotels available are phenomenal. Since I've already stayed here and am familiar with the facilities, I would definitely stay again even if I had to pay full price.
