Told guy my stats at the beginning of the conversation, he promised he could work something out.
Thirty minutes wasted and come to find they can't work something out.
Just like every other car company, yet some how lower grade and sketchier.

Wow what a joke. Man did we get ripped off. This guy took such advantage of my elderly mother. Sold her a Ford focus that litteraly was falling apart from the first day. Is it legal to sell a car that doesn't pass smog? I don't think so. They have my mother drive from Highland to Ontario on 5 different occasions to try to get this vehicle smogged. The 5th time they finally got it right or at least we thought come to find out all they did was reset the check engine light so it would pass smog also done by the Shady mechanics across the street from them do they send all their cars to. After calling the dealership they offered no Solutions basically told us that we got ripped that this isn't their first rodeo to sue them if we want sue them. luckily for us they did break the law by selling this a car that will not pass smog and illegally passing the smog. Does car has less than a thousand miles put on it in over 4 months and everything is just a wreck
