Very disappointed!! I was excited to go spend time with the family, but it turned into a horrible experience pretty fast. For starters we ordered drinks but they ran out of the big bowls for the drink and I was told he would bring it to my table when he found one, I was ok with that and tipped the bartender. 30 minutes later. I sign it my drink so that was irritating. I ask for anything else. The manager brought the same drink in smaller glasses and spilled a good amount on my sister (we were celebrating her bday).

Keep an eye out on your bill, my friend was being billed for drinks she had already paid at the bar and when she showed her receipt they said that that was a bill, the bartender kept saying that she didn't pay so she had to log into her bank account to show that she had paid.

Probably better to just stay away!!

Don't bother. We went for a movie and dinner with the girls.... waited 3 1/2 hours for a table. Large parties with no reservations where being seated before us. I asked the hostess a few times, and she responded, if you don't like it go to applebees. WOW. Don't waste your time coming here, the hostesses are so rude, poor management, tiny filthy place, bland and overcooked food. The whole reason for going to this type of restaurant is for the entertainment the chef provides, but our entertainment was the chef spilling our steak on the carpet. If we werent watching him like a hawk, he probably would have tried to serve us that same steak. Worst service ever. And did I mention they automatically charge you the tip with the bill? I didn't want to leave anything but was forced to even though we received he worse service ever. Before, when it was your birthday, they would bring you a special pineapple plate or a special sundae, now, it's just a candle in your ice cream at the end of your meal. Never coming back to this rat nest again. Wish I could give this dump half a star. One star is still too generous.

The service is not good. The salad was disgusting, the soup was good but it was not served hot, the temp was warm/cold. I had the chicken, shrimp and steak there and the taste of the food is not bad..but it is not what i expected for the price..the ingredients they use is just salt, pepper and garlic and butter... nothing fancy, you can make this at home. The sushi was good. It was my first and last experience there at Benihanas, the chef was boring no fancy tricks. I was embarrased that i talked soo good about this place to my mom and uncle, and they too were not satisfied with the food. What a waste of money. I would not recommend this resteraunt to anyone.
