Terrible installation in two different locations. The dust from the installation clogged the AC system and almost destroyed the HVAC. Steve the owner promised that that the sponginess left behind in the floor would settle down but it never did and now cracks between the tiles are showing up. There are high and low spots in the floor. The tiles are heaving up as well. I've contacted the owner by phone and via my lawyer and he refuses to make it right. The floor supposedly has a lifetime guarentee. Do not use this store for anything.
