This trash dumpster has been in this condition for many months which doesn’t even rate one star. It is located in Metro Crossing in Council Bluffs. It is visible to all who use the Panera’s drive-thru. If the business(s) are not paying for the services in which case your business is not responsible for removing this unsightly and unsanitary situation.

Never had an issue with them. Way less than any other trash company and the few times I've forgotten to bring my can to the curb the driver has walked up and gotten it. I would definitely recommend them.

Never had an issue. I like that they ask their drivers to take a picture if you don't have your trash out, saves an argument and is a great business practice. They've always been friendly and professional and trucks appear well maintained, our street is new concrete and no spills of any type. The prices are phenomenal. The one bad weather day they didn't come the whole area was pretty inaccessible and they were their the next morning early. We will continue use and recommend them.

I thought I was getting this great deal when all I really got was a migraine!! Constant missed pick up's, no one to answer the phone I swear they have only one person taking calls. Then I noticed a hydralic leak all at the end of my driveway and street. When I called the office out of concern they tried to put the blame on another company!!! I watched their truck leak all over!! what a horribe decision i am switching back to my last provider I just hope the take me back with the same deal I had, which I'm sure they will.. If you have GOOD service already do not switch to this company

I was told by Premier that they were the best service..boy was I wrong, constantly being missed & having to wait. They said the trucks are down. I can't believe they don't have extra trucks that can get me picked up? Really? They also leak fluid all over the end of my drieway & street when i call they try and blame other companies when I watch their trucks!!!

They come by later in the day (for us), so we have a chance to get stuff out if we forgot it the night before. The claw on the truck that picks up the cans is amusing. The price is considerably less than the competition, and paying them is super easy, because they have a great website design.
