Terrible! There is nothing “precision” about his work. He tiled two landings and replaced a door. There is a jagged 1” gap next to the door that the tile doesn’t cover. He destroyed the wall next to my door. Uneven tiles next to another door and the stairs. He had to come back to finish the door. Told us Wednesday or Friday and didn’t show up until the following Tuesday. It’s difficult to make arrangements to let him in when he repeatedly misses the appointments he scheduled. When I reported him to the BBB he claimed that he didn’t know the door was going to be replaced. I have a photo of HIS writing on the old door, with a description of the size and type of door he told us to buy.
