So glad to have found this shop! I went in for exhaust repair and they were friendly and even more importantly HONEST! They got me in quickly and were all around wonderful. Frankly they made my day after my terrible experience at house of mufflers-where they lied to me about my entire system needing to be replaced. I highly recommend them!!

In January 2012, I took my Mercedes in to Mad Hatter to have the muffler replaced. They ordered one in and when it arrived an hour later, I was told that it did not fit due to the car being a fairly rare model. The new muffler turned out to be for a four door sedan where my Mercedes is a coupe. The muffler books showed the wrong muffler number. The owners of Mad Hatter told me that if I could find one on the internet, they would install it for me. I thought that was quite nice and unusual. I found a muffler on the internet, and when it arrived, I took it in. After checking it, they told me again it was the wrong one. Mad Hatter then found the correct one and they installed it on my car. Mad Hatter has been doing muffler work for my other cars and I have been using them for many years. I've always found the owners to be friendly and competent. The words "Mad Hatter". Back in the 1800's, people in the business of making hats used lead in the hat making business. Over the years working with lead, the hat makers became affected by lead poisoning resulting in them becoming MAD. Thus, they became known as Mad Hatters.
