Having to sit on hold for an extended period of time is not a good experience.

Well, I really do not know if there is anyone working at the Hilton!!! I tried calling, after I made reservations on line, to make reservation at the restaurant on site and I sat on hold forever. Then I got cut off. Then called back and pressed "1" to got to reservations. Sat on hold for a while longer only to find out that no one was answering the phone at the restaurant and there was no other number to call except for the one that I call. This is very poor service. A person should not have to sit on hold for so long just to get cut off and then have to call back. I am very disappointed with my experience to say the least......
