My cousin buys (at least did until now) lots of meat from this place so I thought I'd give it a try. Unlike a normal store that writes down the weight of your meat on the package after they wrap it, these folks get a pencil & scribble what they're charging you for your meat. As I was walking around with the package it felt kinda light. After I paid, I had the cashier re-weigh it. Good thing too-I was charged .7 pounds more than it weighed, which was $5.90 they refunded me. The cashier was as sincere as a quality employee could be. When I got home and called to speak with a manager was when my opinion of the place went further downhill. It felt good to be speaking to an actual department manager however he kept referring to the guy who packaged my meat as "A kid who isn't good with scales nor understanding prices of our meats". Wow, just wow. Not going back.

I really love their quality of meat and love the bundles they have.
