I found this location to be VERY Helpful & Honest... They repaired my brake right and checked my wipers, I WILL Return... Glad I tried them despite the negative reviews..Highly Recommend

Jensen's is notorious for always finding one or two things that they think need to be replaced in addition to the original problem. I had a auto parts store for 15 years and know a little about cars and the associated parts. They would tell me something. I would then take it home and inspect the part. I would guess that half the time there was not an issue.

Stay away! These people are inept at nearly everything they do, EXCEPT wringing money from customers. Never believe the quotes they give you; there will always be "extras". And they've cost us money from their shoddy work, the latest incident requiring us to replace an axle they replaced, installed incorrectly and damaged when they replaced a CV joint.We should have learned the first time when a simple thermostat replacement turned into a radiator overhaul. But it finally sunk in. Not only are we staying away, everyone within hearing distance will hear our warnings!
