The main issue we have with D and K Roofing is that they destroyed our heat pump by trying to comb out the fins by someone who had no idea how to properly do a comb out. Also, they lied to us by saying that a company by the name of ICI came out to my house and did an inspection of our heat pump to determine if it needed to be replaced. I work from home and no company ever came to my house to inspect the unit. I also had an HVAC certified company and my insurance agent come out to look over the unit after D and K said they were done. They both concluded that the cause of the failing heat pump is how the combs from the comb out rubbed against the copper tubing that led to a hole and freon leaking out. Now they won't return my calls or emails to answer for what they did. Simple cowards. Don't ever trust this business to do any of your home repair.
