called and asked for help in turning service back on, because their records clearly showed bill was up to date. Told to call back in 15 minutes. I did and then no one answered their phones at all.............................

Cricket as a company is a joke.....Their representives & IT department dont assist you in anyway. They say they can help you, but there is only 1 way of doing something, so if that 1 way will not help you, sorry. They say for protection of me that they could not reveal certain details to me, UMM I am the owner of the phone. Never will deal with this again.
