The previous reviewer must have a personal ax to grind. I've taken all of my cars (from my dear old pickup truck to my high performance go fast car) to Terry's for many years. Always honest, always fair, always professional.

These guys are crooks! I brought my car in for a simple repair of an alternator and they told me that it would cost less than 200 dollars to have it installed. So why is that when it came time to pay for the repair, the alternator now costs 200 dollars and there is a 100 dollar labor fee. I called Shuck's Automotive and they quoted me a price of $105.99 for an alternator for the same alternator. When I questioned the so-called manager he told that the charge was totally reasonable. He refused to tell us any details about why the alternator was twice as expensive, what the amps were, etc. He then called it a misunderstanding. Misunderstanding? Would you call a 50% markup a misunderstanding? Beware if you do business with these people and get EVERYTHING IN WRITING! Never ever take a verbal estimate - these people are liars! I would never go back to this place even if their service was free.

Quality service only did the work that was needed.I had another shop tell me I neede about $1200 worth of work done on the rear end .Took it to Terry's and all it needed was fluid. Will stay with them for future service on the truck
