I arrived a few minutes past closing time but the door was still unlocked. I walked in an was informed they were closed so I left. However we had a week long trip planned an had already reserved a vehicle earlier in the week.

I returned to the rental location an went back in and explained my situation to the gentleman behind the desk who advised his name was Herschel. He advised that he would help me an get me into a rental car.



Herschel went above an beyond to see to it that I had the vehicle I needed even though he had to jump through a few hoops to get the car back from the service shop.



Herschel provided great customer service and I'd recommend anyone to use Enterprise on Ashley Cv. located in Olive Branch, Ms.



I have rented there numerous times in the past an plan to do so on future rentals.

Erick and his team took excellent care of me while my car was in the shop. Not only did they make sure that I was placed in a conducive car for my needs, they went above and beyond contacting me, picking me up on time and making sure that all of my needs were met. The young ladies on the frontline were as professional, courteous and even had a sense of humor. Well done Erick. The leader sets the example. By the way, I also forgot to remove my garage door opener from the visor. I walked into the building, Erick took one look at me and said: "Here's your garage door opener!" I didn't have to say a word!!! You've gotta LOVE that kind of service. All of my rental needs will be done there from now on! Thank You!

My parents lost their home and possessions in the tornado last week. They also lost a vehicle. Hundreds of people have been helpful to our parents and we are so grateful, but his place of business took advantage of our mother. We sent her there to rent a car. She had all of her insurance papers and she was forced or persuaded by this guy named Adam to pay extra for their insurance when she had her insurance papers with her. They are charging her an extra 20.00 a day for renting a car when she told them that she had insurance. Adam refused to work with us after we found out and he was very rude. I did accuse him of being a predator on the needy and he became irate. I understand that he may need to make a quota but I have always treated people the way I want to be treated. This guy is a piece of work. My parents are grateful to be alive but still struggling with the loss and moving forward. A big thank you to Enterprise for sticking it to them while they are at the lowest.
