I cannot tell you how angry I was when I showed up at 1:45 pm on Dec. 7, 2017 to pickup the truck I reserved on November 29, 2017 only to be asked, "did no one call you?" Are you bloody kidding me! Why would I walk into the Budget Rental store if someone had called me?! The woman then told me there were no trucks within a 250 mile radius of Olive Branch, MS or Memphis, TN. She then said, "sorry, but do you see any trucks in the lot? And then, she tried to blame it on the office in Florida! I flew my daughter down from Indianapolis to Memphis to rent the 16' truck to take her furniture and belongings back to Indy. We were going to pack on Friday and she would drive seven hours to Indy on Sat., Dec. 9th, unload and turn the truck in by 2:00 pm Sunday, Dec. 10th. Thank goodness for U-HAUL! I will never rent or refer anyone to Budget Rental. Never! This was my first and last experience with Budget! Within the hour, U-HAUL was able to find a truck only 5 miles from the Budget store. No one from Budget had called, emailed or texted to let me know the truck I had reserved was not available. On Dec. 5th I received an email from Budget, reminding me it was almost time to move. Nothing about unavailable! This is beyond unacceptable!!! Shameful business practice!

This is the best budget truck dealer I have found in the Memphis area. Very professional. The work overtime to take care of the smallest needs. They pay attention to details. Trucks are clean and well maintained. They treat every customer as a human being, not a number. In eight years, I have never had a bad experience with this dealer.
