I love the items we have rented but when u tell them multiple times you need your payments every two weeks since the day you first got the items and they still have it weekly when the say ' we will take of that' is not right. I would say we went there in sept and got a couch, TV and TV stand. The couch is know sent back and I'm about to say whatever to the TV and stand also. I have been paying overdue fees because of there screw up and I'm not very happy about it. Also the 3 phone calls I get a day with continuous voice mails because I am at work have become very annoying. Will be calling home office and complaining because talking to the reps has done nothing.
