My husband just got his hair cut there. He is 53, it is right before the weather is starting to get cold and he is not in the service. She said she was going to use the scissors, but she uses a razor for the whole head. He hair looks awful!! He wondered if she was...you fill in the blank. He will never back there. They are not trained in customer service common sense!!

Very bad hair cut for my 4 years old, I could have done a better job .a lady did not listen as to what we wanted, and was a little rude , cheep hair cut equal cheep result .

I went to the new old saybrook super cuts to have my sons hair cut on Sunday we walked in at 3:48pm and the owner was at the cash wrap and never made eye contact and said " last customer is at 3:45" and I said " ok well what time is it" and he said "3:48" r u kidding me we missed it by 3 minutes!!! And as a new business owner he should have informed us about his rule and still saw us. There were two girls standing around and one gentleman who was waiting. He was the most UNPROFESSIONAL owner I have ever met, and as someone who also owns the guilford super cuts, he should know better. As a old saybrook resident I was very very disappointed! And will never go back and tell all my friends that there very unprofessional!
