WebsiteOpportunity knocked on Jersey Strong's door in early-2019, as a large privately owned health club in Old Bridge, New Jersey was about to shut its doors. The Roma Family came to its owners, and Jersey Strong Old Bridge was born in August 2019. Though the club had a membership base in place and Jersey Strong staff moved over immediately, it still wasn’t quite “JERSEY STRONG”. That was until a 1.5 million dollar renovation swept through in the fall of 2019 and transformed Jersey Strong Old Bridge into a stylish, brand new Jersey Strong location. It’s located on Route 516 in Old Bridge, just off Route 9 and a stones throw away from their East Brunswick club.

Provided by YP.comStay away from this gym. My daughter's mother had just died. They convinced her to sign up for training, lied to her about the price, told her to "ignore the bull****" when signing and refused to even help her after she realized that she signed up for $180 / month training without a job. We explained that he mother just died and she has no way to pay for it. We were told there was nothing that could be done. Awful human beings working there, running a terrible business. They should be ashamed of the themselves.
