Provided by YP.comFirst time customer. Went there to get my tires filled with foam. Was told that tires would be ready for Thursday (drop them Monday). Called Thursday and the person on the phone said he never said it would be Thursday. Felt like "you liar" type of answer. Thought I was going crazy. So I asked to see when would they be ready, he said maybe Friday. So I called Friday, he said Monday, called Monday, he said Tuesday, called Tuesday, he said Wednesday for sure, call Wednesday and finally they were ready Thursday. A WEEK later than he originally promised.
What shocked me was this establishment's lock of respect and professionalism.
I would be OK if they told me a date and explain the reason. Why would misinform your customer and play with a next day and next day and next day game. My first and last trip. Would not recommend.

Provided by YP.comTire City in Olathe Kansas. I owe you $175 worth of free negative revue. I had $1,200 dollars worth of brake work done at your facility on my travel trailer. You broke the drop leg on my electric jack. Rather than contact me to inform me of the incident, you tried to hide it. Your mechanic helped to hitch me up to the trailer, then he handed me the drop leg as if it were a successful and complete transaction. Your guys finally admitted to the fact that my trailer fell to the ground while you were jacking it up to change tires. Then you refused to replace what you had broken. I had to buy a new jack. At least you re-installed it on your dime. You knew I found your resolution unsatisfactory and you did not care. Please share this post to anyone you know who lives in Olathe. I advise anyone to never consider doing business with Tire City in Olathe. This is poorly run company and they will cheat you if they can.

Provided by YP.comMy son bought 2 used tires from them. He drove on them for less than two weeks and one of them went flat. We found a plug near the side wall that was not pointed to him before he bought them. They also both had dry rot cracks in the tread. when he went back he was told that it wasn't there problem. He asked if they would discount the amount off 2 new ones and he was told they would give him $30 off. He paid $100 for the two used ones. I have done business with them for many years and was satisfied but I think they have really gone down hill. I won't be back

Provided by YP.comAbsolutely terrible service...very slimy. Showed me one tire and put a different tire on without telling me. Would not refund my money when the tire went flat two weeks later.
