Very Rude and Unprofessional behavior . There is no 0 rating to give them. Because of their rude sales manager, I went to another dealer for my two new cars.

3 hours for an oil change with a 3 year old and 1 year old with me. Scheduled the appointment at 10:15 and didn't leave until well after 1pm. When calling and asking a supervisor as to why my appointment took 3 hours, I was told that there was obviously nothing she could say to me to make me satisfied with the situation. I used to love Olathe Toyota. I will never go back.

Tried to buy a car here with less than perfect credit. The finance department acted like I didn't exist I waited patiently for nearly two weeks to get an answer about financing and receive nothing. I finally gave up and went to Hendrick Toyota and got approved in 15 minutes. must say I'm enjoying my new car from Hendrick Toyota

I bought my first ever new vehicle here in 1994 - and was impressed with the care and help the staff provided. I purchased an 2004 Sienna two day ago and was thrilled with the same care that I received in 1994. Shannon was phenomenal, Kevin helped and was also top notch. The finance manager was exceptional and patient, answering any questions I had (I had many) and I just called with a service related question and Casey was a fount of information, offering to help any way he could. I can't say enough about these folks. I come from Topeka, KS because our local dealership is untrustworthy and has acted (in my opinion) anything but ethically in the sales department regarding used cars, with statements like "we can't be expected to check EVERY car!" I will ALWAYS choose Olathe Toyota first!!

Bought my Sequoia there & always have my service done there. Great people there all the time. I will keep going back!

I have purchased 5 different vehicles from this dealership in the past 5-10 years and was an Encore Customer with Toyota. We stated we were going to come in today to purchase a used Prius we had test drove not even 2 days ago and called Monday to tell them we would be in on Tuesday with the down payment and then would get all the paper work signed. They sold the car to someone else and did not give any courtesy car to let us know it was in play. We called Toyota National as we were very angry they would treat a customer like this after purchasing so many vehicles from them in the past. To top it off the Used Car manager was rude and unsympathetic. They have lost my business forever!
