I inquired about a vehicle online and wanted a cash price since I would have been traveling 2hrs away to look/purchase, they would not give me a cash price. So I looked elsewhere, purchased another vehicle and told the salesman that they lost the sale due to not giving a cash price and being upfront. I then told the salesman not to call or text anymore, he proceeded after the text message to call and leave a voice message that same day and then call the next day after that. Their sales tactics is like every other mega dealership and is pathetic for a "family owned" dealership that supposedly strives on customer service.

Lousy Service, Salesperson was very pushy, called 2-3 times a day to come in for 3 days...Get there and the whole experience is downhill, send me out a salesperson NOT the one that kept calling but a NEW one had no knowledge of me what I was interested in or nothing..I am very thankful, GOD was looking out for me not allowing me to do business with them

Not professional to deal with at all. The payoff on my trade in loan went through late and I got charged the interest... The dealership told me they were not responsible for the interest. if the payment hadn't gone through my account I would have never known, but I ended up paying for their mistakes! Then, the dealership has to handle the tags on a lease... They told me they would transfer my old tags and deduct the transfer from my new tags. Didn't happen.



This dealership owes me well over a hundred dollars for their mistakes. I will never buy or lease a car from there again

Absolutely terrible customer service after the sale is final. Once they have your money they don't want anything to do with you. Ryan McCarhty will lie to you any chance he gets. Run in the opposite direction of these people.

If something is missing from your car, even if they worked on it, it's your problem. Don't get suckered into taking your car all the way back to the shop so they can look at it. I'm not stupid. Trust me
