My

wife and I purchased a mattress set last night (10/16/13) from this location.

While Paul, the person helping us, was kind, he did not mention the important

yet ridiculous return policy. Mattress City will not accept returns or

exchanges if a bed has been removed from the factory sealed plastic. I do not

know about you, but nothing I buy and plan on using stays in its packaging. How

reasonable is it to ask you customers to sleep on a bed wrapped in plastic

until they are certain it is right for them? Needless to say, my wife woke 4

times and made it clear to me throughout the night that our initial assessment of

the product was wrong. Happy wife, happy life, right? It goes without saying

that if we continue to use the bed, I will have neither. We are willing to pay

more money for a product better suited to my wife's comfort. Paul, however is not

willing to help reach a reasonable solution, which would keep a customer happy

and ensure future business. We spent just under $450, which by no means is a

lot of money, but it is a nice chunk. In the end we are out the money, on a

decent nights rest, and left with something we do not want. If you do purchase

product from Mattress City, keep it in the bag and do not allow the bag to be damaged.
