From the time I walked into the front door, through buying a loveseat that will be custom covered, I was treated with respect and attention. This was my first visit, and I could not be more pleased. The gentleman at the front door gave me a warm greeting, and explained the philosophy of the store and history. I was met by Arrol "Butch" Howze, the salesman, and he was knowledgeable as well as helpful. Most importantly, he was not pushy. The lady that checked me out, I think her name was Sam, was very nice as well. I met the store manager, and don't remember his name, but I liked him as well. I will definitely refer business to this furniture store, as well as tell them to see "Butch". It is so nice to have a pleasant experience while buying a significant purchase. Thank you!
