Provided by YP.comIt's a sales only store. It's not corporate. They have to call into customer care to do the important things as real "CORPORATE" stores do not. The employees here are rude, they lie to try to make themselves think they know more than the customer when sometimes they don't. I will continue using the corporate AT&T store. This store can kiss it.
