So, I've never had an issue until today. I swiped the card you use to wash your clothes and it didn't take it. So, I inserted it again, still nothing. Than, it said I had $1.75; I was confused! I was thinking that's not right harassed $5 and had $4.75 on it? I patiently waited for the lady to come to the desk so I could ask her. I explain to her what happened, she should have believed me that I outlive on it, because I asked her for change earlier. Anyways, I tell her what happened she said its because you did it two times...... I responded, okay well the machine never started. She said, "I will do this one time." So, she swiped her card and the machine started. I wasn't being rude, I was coming confused, and I'm not laundromat savvy. I really didn't appreciate the I only will do this one time, like if this accidentally happebs again your going to take my money thing????!!!! Okay, well I will politely NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. I don't appreciate that comment, it was an accident and it wasn't like I was trying to take their money or cheat this business at any way. No, thank you.
