Ignored my 30-day notice and claimed I never provided it two months later, demanding unpaid rent, ignoring email with obvious 30-day notice. See for yourself. Negligent company.

I have been renting the same house from T&J Property Management since October 2014. They have been responsive to every work order we've ever had to create over the last few years. Our water heater went out, and they promptly replaced it with a brand new one. The tiles began falling in one of our showers, and they promptly replaced the shower wall, and then replaced the tiles. The roof collapsed on our side porch, and they promptly got estimates and then had a roofing crew fix it. Our roof began leaking directly over our attic door in the garage, and again, roofers quickly assessed it, and then repaired it the next day. Our AC couldn't seem to keep the house cool and would never shut off, and they had an AC company contact us, and promptly repair it. (It's been cooling and shutting off properly for two years now.) And this past weekend, on Sunday 11/19/2017, T&J Property Management sent James out to replace our oven. (Our old one quit working and replacement parts are no longer available.) James & T&J Property Management really went above and beyond coming out on a Sunday, and making sure everything was just right with the installation of the new Samsung stove, so that we would have an oven, and be able to cook on Thanksgiving. We are very grateful for T&J Property Management, and highly recommend them to anyone looking to lease, or looking for great property management.

I've used T & J Management for all of my houses for the past 4 years. I've tried other management companies in the past and have had nothing but headache. Tony and his associates get the job done! Tony has excellent office staff that takes care of all facets of property management including advertising, accounts receivable, evictions, lease renewals and most important is the timely and correct monthly financials.

Throughout our relationship, tenant selections, property maintenance and expense control have been excellent. Our properties have been occupied on an on-going basis. The tenants have been carefully selected. Rents have been collected on time and their disbursements have been made properly and promptly.

Thankless business to be in taking care of someone’s home while you are overseas or out of the state? Parameters are set by their team and they to do a good job following them. They found a qualified renter and when I returned the place looked great. I did not have high expectations on that.

I have multiple rental properties with T and J. They helped me understand what rental rates were possible and what my potential profit margin would be. They will help you understand how to get the most out of your investment properties. I highly recommend their services and can’t imagine taking on this type of project without Tony there to make sure everything is taken care of promptly and professionally.

Dealing with the whole moving process is such a pain and no fun at all so I decided to spend the money to hire professionals and I definitely got my money's worth. During the whole process they guided me through everything and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They solved all my problems along the way and treated me very fairly.

T&J Property Management is awesome! They make sure my property is always being rented, and take whatever steps neccessary in order to do so. I am so happy with them managing my rental properties, i know i can rely on them.
