If i could i wouldn't give this a star at all.I went in for a grooming thinking my pet would look and smell better than when i took him in. neither was achieved. My dog didn't even look touched. His hair was extremely wavy like they didn't brush him at all. Oh and he is only 13 weeks old and i took him in at 10 am didn't get him until about 4:45 that day. sorry that is too long for a puppy to be somewhere he doesn't know. I never got a call that my dog was ready had to drive to see what was going on. When i walked in they acted like i was a crazy lady! I felt like i had to jump through hoops to get my dog back. Ridiculous! Never will i take my pets to pet smart to get groomed again!! My dog ran out of the grooming area he didn't like it at all and every employee in the grooming area seemed to be on something. when they brought my dog out from the back he had an extremely scared look on his face. Not going to use the grooming at pets mart again.

They never really did what I wanted. My dog always looked okay but was always terrified to go. At the new groomers he isn't scared at all.
